Provide administrative support to General Director of HR2B;
Report to the General Director.
Work with other HR2B staff on projects.
Located in District 3, HCMC
Organize the diary of the General Director, organize meetings, translate documents,
Prepare documents for signing and chopping by GD;
Maintain department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travels.
Prepare reports business reports required by GD.
Administration & Filling legal documents
Research contact details of business lead to ensure that they are correct and update to CRM;
Complete requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries;
Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping the information confidential;
- Vietnamese national with a university degree
- >2 years experience of Administration/ Secretary/ Personal Assistant
- English language to >=IELTS 5 (No need English certificate)
- 23+ years old
- Friendly, outgoing, able to build close relationships with various business functions
- Ability to provide ‘gatekeeper’ services to a busy General Director
- Strong computer skills
- Professional look and attitude
- Highly organized and energetic
