JOB DESCRIPTION- Research related regulations;
- Preparing, reviewing and revising various documents and conducting various legal researches;
- Draft documents, application forms, submitting the applications, etc.;
- Report and escalate to the manager/line supervisor as needed;
- Support Manager and other legal team members in carrying out the administrative procedures directly at the government departments;
- Translating legal documents (Vietnamese and English);
- Record and arrange the legal documents; and
- Other legal tasks.
REQUIREMENTS- Able to meet a full time working schedule from 4 to 5 days per week (Mondays to Fridays)
- The 3rd, 4th year student or fresh graduating with Faculty of Laws
- Knowledge of Commercial law, Investment law, Civil Law, Foreign investment; Corporate Governance and Compliance
- Ability to communicate well in English, fluent in both verbal and writing
