The Junior Mechanic – Marshal is a multi-functional role combining key responsibilities across technical maintenance, track operations, and customer safety supervision. This position plays a critical part in ensuring all karts and systems are operational, all safety protocols are strictly followed, and guests enjoy a smooth and secure racing experience.
This role is designed for versatile team members who are eager to learn, grow across functions, and be assessed for future promotion to senior or supervisory roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Support
Assist with daily kart preparation, checks, and minor repairs according to set maintenance standards.
Support the maintenance team in servicing karts and track equipment before and after operations.
Help track inventory and ensure tools and spare parts are used and stored properly.
Participate in any additional maintenance work on the facility or karts as assigned.
Carry out other mechanical tasks assigned by the Kart Manager.
Marshal & Track Operations
Conduct pre-shift safety checks of the track, equipment, and barriers.
Welcome guests, validate tickets and session time slots.
Start karts and assist customers in adjusting their driving position and safety equipment.
Monitor guest behavior to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Actively enforce pit lane safety and track entry/exit procedures under the supervision of the Kart Manager
Perform flag signaling and trackside duties to maintain safety during race sessions.
Support in providing guest guidance, answering questions, and responding to incidents on track.
Respond quickly to incidents, stop activity if guest behavior or mechanical failure poses danger
Fulfill any additional marshalling duties assigned by supervisors.
Guest Experience & Operational Oversight
Provide guidance and support to customers before, during, and after the race.
Report any incidents or guest violations in accordance with SOPs.
Observe operations and suggest improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and experience quality.
Support event execution and collaborate across departments during special programs.
Follow all directives from management and escalate issues as needed.
Monitor and report any team member behavior that violates company policy or compromises safety.
Salary rank: 7,000,000 VND - 10,000,000 VND/ month (Gross)
Working Hours:
- Track operations: 09:00 AM - 10:30 PM,
- Full-time: 8-hour rotating shifts, 5.5 days/week

Must be 18 years or older; no formal education required.
Able to work 8-hour rotating shifts, 5.5 days per week, including weekends (available for at least 5 out of 8 weekend days per month), and on public holidays or Tet (Lunar New Year)
Good physical condition with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced, active environment.
Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Able to work independently while following safety protocols and team guidance.
Strong team spirit and basic communication skills are essential.
Experience in game guiding at amusement centers or malls, or in customer service-related roles, is a plus.
English communication skills are a significant advantage.
Willing to work extended shifts during special events.
Having at least 1 year of mechanical experience is a plus.

- Part-time: Minimum 4 hours/shift, 4 days/week

Able to work shifts of at least 4 hours per shift, 4 days per week, and on public holidays or Tet (Lunar New Year).
Good physical condition with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced, active environment.
Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.
