Your Responsibilities:
- Supervise our Bunny AI on candidate sourcing, filtering across online databases.
- Source potential candidates through own referral channels (your social media and professional networks.).
- Carry out a full circle of recruitment process, from job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, coordination of test/interview procedure, offering, to effective employment for assigned positions.
- Be responsible for following up and filling vacancies as assigned; ensuring the quality of candidates’ selection to meet JobHopin’s requirements.
- Track applicant flow, maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, build and maintain a database of candidates.
- Complete reference checks on selected candidates, when needed.
- Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers to keep all parties updated of the status of each candidate.
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.

- At least 01-year experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition/HR in IT industry.
- Should have hands-on experience on using all the hiring portals, social media channels to reach out to the prospective candidates
- Strong interviewing skills based on the competencies identified for the role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have good self-learning and self-motivation skills
- Have a “can-do” attitude
- Passionate, Proactive, Open-minded & Autonomy, and Adaptive
- Able to work under pressure
- Experienced in digital marketing/PR is plus
