Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in shipping operations, document preparation, and schedule monitoring.
• Support verification of BL, PL, CO, CQ, HS Code, and Customs Clearance documents.
• Help process payments for forwarders and brokers.
• Occasionally assist with customs issues.
• Track and provide shipping documents to relevant departments.
• Support in managing forwarder lists and advising on logistics regulations.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Available to work full-time (Mon-Fri) for at least 3 months.
• Can start immediately.
• Basic understanding of logistics operations and import/export processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• English fluency (must) and Chinese basic (plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
