ABOUT LEGO MANUFACTURING VIETNAM

The LEGO Group will invest more than US $1 billion in the 44-hectare site in the Binh Duong Province (around 50km from Ho Chi Minh City). This is the sixth LEGO® factory and this will expand the Group’s global manufacturing footprint and support long-term growth in Asia-Pacific region. The facility is planned to be the company’s first carbon neutral factory and will include investments in solar energy generation.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and administration of our local learning programs.

  • Promote our different signature LEGO learning programs for employees and people leaders to drive adoption.

  • Coordinate onboarding sessions for new LEGO colleagues to accelerate a sense of belonging to the unique culture and values at the LEGO Group

  • Co-design (potentially also co-facilitate) local learning programs based on needs from stakeholders.

  • Support tracking and assessment of development initiatives to drive improvement in key L&D metrics

In this role you will be part of the newly established local Learning & Development team in the Global Talent function of the LEGO Group’s HR organization. As a catalyst for business success, we support our local LEGO colleagues to grow and succeed, enabling the LEGO Group to be future ready and have the capabilities to grow in the right way into the future.

Do you have what it takes?

If you're a motivated, creative, and driven individual who is eager to make a difference, this internship is for you.

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate with ability to participate as a full-time intern in 6 month

  • Prefer candidates with university majors in Human Resource Management or previous L&D internship experience

  • Good command of English

  • Passionate and resilient team player

  • A strong interest in learning and development and enthusiastic about helping people learn and grow

  • Curious mindset geared towards striving for improvement

  • Excellent communication and ability to build up the relations with partners and stakeholders

  • Office 365 – Primarily SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Planner

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems

  • Basic media production skills (primarily video and image editing)

  • Basic marketing skills including effective copywriting and content marketing to drive demand for the local and global learning programs
