JOB DESCRIPTION

-          For our upcoming projects, we are recruiting Interior Designer with solid experience in RESIDENTIAL DESIGN. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-          Work as part of a team to initiate and develop concepts from starting point through to be built reality

-          Design 2D layout, 3D rendering, technical drawing

-          Produce detail drawings for production of the interiors.

-          Source material finishes and furnitures

-          Follow up on site projects with the contractors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-          Years of experience: at least 1 – 3 year

-          Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design

QUALITIES & SKILLS REQUIRED

-          Good concept design skills and ability to bring the concept into detail design.

-          Good written and oral communication skills (English) – MANDATORY

-          Initiative and strong design interest, to help the current design team.

-          Solid experience in AutoCAD and Photoshop and 3D design

-          Should be self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts quickly

-          Flexibility, diligence, reliability, and strong attention to detail.

-          Good time management and organizational skills.

-          Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team

-          Competence in organizational support, react well under pressure.

JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent

SALARY:

The remuneration package will be discussed separately and will depend solely on the qualifications presented. Only short-listed applicants will be notified.

JOB LOCATION: District 2 – Villa Thao Dien – Ho Chi Minh City.

WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) + One full Saturday every 2 weeks.
