RESPONSIBILITIES

1.      Hiring:

·        Data entry: CVs, Seminar and Job Fair information, Recruitment relevant information, etc.

·       Recruitment processing: coordinate between candidates and interviewers for the interview schedule, follow up interview result and update accordingly

·        Support external events: recruitment seminars, job fairs, career days, etc.

2.      C&B:

·        Employee profile management

·        Health care insurance & dental check-up management

·        Attendance management

·        Perform other duties as assigned.

3.      Training:

·        Keeping record of all employees training history

·        Implementing and administering the certification programs

·        Producing training materials and manuals

·        Performing other duties as assigned.

4.      Wellness Team:

·        Assist in organizing external events such as press conferences, public seminars, CSR programs, campus events, job fairs, etc.

·        Design and implement welfare programs: arrange and visit employees such as sickness/wedding/funeral, etc.

·        Arrange and coordinate all of the employees recreational activities

·        Arrange and coordinate employee entertainment programs

PREREQUISITE SKILLS

·        Bachelor's degree or students in their last year that needs submit intern period.

·        Passion in the HR field.

·        Having English level is a big plus

·        Attentive to detail, organized and capable to work independently as well as in a team with a self-initiative and positive attitude

·        Familiar with MS Office

·        High responsibility, discipline and ability to work effectively in a project team
