  Legal staff

Job Description

• Carry out legal consultancy and ensure legal compliance for daily operations of the Company and minimize legal risk to the Company.
• Provide legal support for the business operations of the Company; Control, conduct legal appraisal, negotiate, draft agreements/contracts and records arising in operating activities of the company.
• Gather information and give early warning about the legal risks that may arise from new drafts of laws and policies; Update and systematize legal documents and provide timely reports of new legal regulations concerning all activities of the Company.
• Perform the institutionalization, building and control of internal procedures, statutes and regulations of the Company.
• Support, provide legal solutions to daily decisions and activities of departments, branches and transaction offices related to business operations of the Company;
• Perform other duties as required by the Board of Directors.

Job Requirements

• Graduated with Good degree and above from Law major or equivalent.
• Good communication, ability to work independently;
• At least two (05) years of work experience in area of expertise; Priority is given to candidates with legal experience in finance, banking, insurance, securities, state audit.
• Foreign language, informatics: English. Proficiency in Microsoft office and application software is also required.
