We are looking for a competent BackOffice Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.





*** What you will do
● Human Resources accountability:
○ Coordinate to aid with daily HR operations
○ Provide support in preparing HR documents such as staff staff offer letter, labor contract, appendix to labor contract, other needed documents for staff onboarding and offboarding, performance appraisal form etc.
○ Assist to develop and implement company policies, staff handbooks, working procedures, etc.
○ Assist in preparing monthly timesheet and payroll data
● Finance & Accounting:
○ Provide support in data input for the company monthly finance and accounting
report/analysis.
● Marketing accountability:
○ Support in creating contents for monthly newsletter
○ Support in organizing events (monthly, annually, occasionally)
○ Assist in doing market research
○ Support in Inventory management
● Administrative accountability:
○ Perform administrative support tasks, including file scanning, contact with vendors/suppliers
○ Monitor and manage office stationery;
○ Taking care of company food/drink ordering/arranging
*** What you bring in
● Fresher or having 6 months of working experience as an back office assistant
● Major in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing or other related fields;
● Has good verbal and written English skill (compulsory)
● Good knowledge of MS Office
● Has dynamic, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure that may involve confidential or sensitive matters
● Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Is a dynamic person, self-learning, self-motivated and reliable
● Demonstrate professional integrity
● Has the ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy.
● Demonstrate attitude and aptitude for an energetic environment
