1. Follow up with paperwork & payment

• Be responsible for the on-time paperwork (campaign report, liquidation, invoice) according to templates provided by the manager.

• Tracking due payments and taking needed actions to clients when the payment is overdue.

• Other requirements from the Business Development Manager (sourcing potential leads, designing files, basic tasks in account management, etc)

1. Skills: 

• Paperwork handling: know how to use Microsoft Office, and organize files, folders, and information.

• Basic design skills: know how to design files, and presentations at a basic level.

• Task management: know how to organize assigned tasks and get tasks done by importance & deadlines.

• Communication: know how to use communication tools like emails, google chat, viber, zalo

2. Mindset:

• Get things done mindset, a high level of ownership in your assignments.

• Details oriented in everything you involved.

• Eager to learn, not afraid to ask questions, and persistent to reach targets, even in difficult situations.
