We are recruiting one Quantitative Research Executive to support our growth in Vietnam!
PURPOSE
- To be the quality pillar of the team, through an effective management of research projects.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Supervised
by a Senior Executive or Associate Research Manager or Research Manager.
- Work independently on various types of projects using different methodologies.
- Coordinate market research projects from initial commissioning to the presentation of results.
- Promote
teamwork and foster positive
internal relationships.
- Interact
effectively with Operations team.
- Maintain daily
contact with clients regarding project execution.
- Positively receive feedback from clients.
- Learn
and master the fundamentals of market research.
- Begin managing client relationships and expectations, focusing on addressing their business objectives.
- Build a positive internal relationship.

Background:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in market research or as a researcher is highly advantageous.
- Computer
skills (PowerPoint, Excel mainly).
- Knowledge
of basic statistics is an advantage.
Soft
skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in Vietnamese and English.
- Able
to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Good time management skills.
Personality:
- Detail-oriented
- Proactive
/ Self-motivated
- Curious
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (or
higher) in Business, Social Science, Statistics, or related studies.

- To be at the heart of our work with clients, supporting your team in the design, set-up and management of research projects.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Supervised
by Associate Research Manager or Research Manager.
- Provide reliable management for both simple and complex research projects.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while anticipating potential issues and preventing them.
- Perform tasks that demonstrate a solid understanding of basic research principles.
- Design
research and draft small proposals that demonstrate good knowledge.
- Write and produce outputs for research projects.
- Analyze complex data accurately, interpret the results, and provide sound recommendations.
- Write good-quality report.
- Manage
clients appropriately and proactively.
- Develop
product/sector knowledge and champion it.
- Demonstrates commercial acumen (medium target).
- Display basic supervisory/mentoring practices with junior staff.
- Keenness
to learn and proactive about self-development and development of others.

Background:
- At least 3 years of solid experience in market research
- Proficient in questionnaire design, table specifications, and project management.
- Experience
in daily client management.
- Knowledge
of basic statistics is an advantage.
