1. PURPOSE

• To ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the project.
• To assist CS (Client Service) teams in project management and coordinate with internal teams
• To help standardized way of working

2. RESPONSIBILITY

• The PMA will support for team (Assigned by PM Sr Manager)
• To monitor the progress of small, large-scale, regional, or continuous studies to ensure standards, requirements, and deadlines are met.
• Develops appropriate field documentation- project specs, briefing guides, etc.
• Helps manage profitability by mentoring and accounting for all project costs affecting the budget
• Ensures compliance with ISO standards
• Communicates effectively and implement strictly all established rules and regulations
• Keenness to learn and proactive about self-development.

3. QUALIFICATIONS

Background:

• 1 – 2 years experience in market research project management

Soft skills:

• Planning, organizing, and monitoring skills
• Confident and good communication skills
• Able to work independently and adapt well to a pressurized working environment.

Personality:

• Detail-oriented
• Proactive / Self-motivated

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Social Science, Statistics or related studies.
