- Delivering across the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle
- Managing multiple stakeholders, you will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
- Recruit across corporate support, pharmaceutical and R & D business units
- Add value through the delivery of talent acquisition projects and initiatives
- Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process
- Strong expertise and credibility as a Talent Acquisition professional
- Experience recruiting in more project focused, fast paced and deadline driven environments
- Confidence and capability to work with your client group in an advisory and consultative capacity
- Ability to effectively engage and manage relationships at all levels and across business functions
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences
- Past experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer health/goods environments will be highly regarded
