• Delivering across the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle
• Managing multiple stakeholders, you will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
• Recruit across corporate support, pharmaceutical and R & D business units
• Add value through the delivery of talent acquisition projects and initiatives
• Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process

• Strong expertise and credibility as a Talent Acquisition professional
• Experience recruiting in more project focused, fast paced and deadline driven environments
• Confidence and capability to work with your client group in an advisory and consultative capacity
• Ability to effectively engage and manage relationships at all levels and across business functions
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences
• Past experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer health/goods environments will be highly regarded
