Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques including online job boards, social media platforms to identify potential candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance and support to candidates as they navigate their career options.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Keep detailed records of candidate interactions and feedback to streamline the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Minum Bachelor Degree
  • Able to communicate well in English is a must.
  • Eager to learn attitude.
  • Preferably prior experience in HR.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
