1. Sales and Customer Service

• Ensure that the front desk greets guests in a positive manner and manages sales, billing documents
• Advise new/current customers to schedule to join the trial classes and enroll/re-sign programs
• Manage inventory and up-sell merchandise
• Regularly follow up with customers in person and over the phone, and get feedback from parents
• Observe the student attendance, and take appropriate actions

2. General Administration

• Manage facilities, schedule maintenance as necessary, and carry out all administrative tasks
• Assist in preparing workshops at the center

• Previous experience in a sales-driven education environment is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese languages, both written and oral
• Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and effective communication abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations with ease
