- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation based on defined scope, objectives and deliverables.
- Assign tasks to team members based on availability and project's requirements; ensure that all team members understand their tasks and client expectations.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle (schedule slippage, scope creep, resource constraint, quality issue, etc.) and proactively addressing issues before they escalate.
- Regularly review and assess project deliverables against the established standards, providing feedback and making necessary adjustments to maintain high-quality outputs.
- Facilitate effective written & verbal communication among project clients/developers through meetings, emails, Slack, Whatsapps, or other communication channels.
- Maintain all project-related documents (project plans, schedules, requirements, design documents, meeting notes, etc.) via Google Suite.
- Daily report to higher managers on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Maintain professional and positive working atmosphere within the project team

Must have
- University graduate majoring in Economics, Foreign Languages, IT or related majors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or TOEIC 900).
- Have 1 year of experience related to management and customer support (knowledge/experience in the IT industry is an advantage).
- Ability to convey information clearly and formally to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Understand and meet the needs and expectations of clients or stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive.
Nice to have
- Having knowledge of project management is an advantage.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
