JOB DESCRIPTION- Draft and review legal documents (service contracts, NDAs, MOUs, MSAs, etc.)
- Assist in preparing appendices or acceptance reports.
- Research relevant laws and regulations (e.g., e-commerce, data protection, tax for software/export services)
- Track updates in commercial and digital laws
- Help review internal policies for legal compliance
- Assist in preparing documents for internal filing, business registration, and certificates
REQUIREMENTS- Personal laptop required;
- Final year student or Bachelor's degree from a university (Commercial, Business Law, or International Law major preferred);
- Good reading comprehension in English, especially for legal/contractual terms
- Strong legal writing and document review skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and respectful of confidentiality
