As an Associate Accountant, you will support to Senior International Accountant/ Finance Manager in accounting and tax compliance for OPSWAT Vietnam and other OPSWAT subsidiaries
What You Will Be Doing:
- Be in-charge Account Payable for Vietnam office, including:
- Receiving and verifying supporting documents for payment request
- Weekly uploading payment to I-banking and following up approval to ensure payment will be made on time
- Managing to storage accounting documents for tax purposes
- Liaising with bank and tax officer
- Monthly accounting bookkeeping to Netsuite for AP function
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Monthly VAT declaration
- Other statutory reports to Authorities such as DPI, Statistic, Financial, etc.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned
What We Need From You:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance is required
- New graduates or 1-2 years’ experience in accounting roles
- Experience in Netsuite is preferred
- Ability to adapt to change and solve problems
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Organized, detail oriented
