OPERATIONS ENGINEER TRAINEE is trained to advance to Operations Engineer in the future.
- The Operations Engineer Trainee has to go through intensive on-the-job training both on the offshore rig and at shore-based facilities. During the training period, the trainee is trained at various positions to make sure overall knowledge and experience are gained. The trainee has also to take tests and exams after each training module.
- The training period is
about 2 years. Subject to the training results of the trainee, opportunities to
work in the challenging and professional environment at the Company’s office
are available.

Requirement
-
University graduation with Drilling engineering or related technical
major;
- Vietnamese, 1 year of experience is maximum;
- Advanced English proficiency;
- Advance MS Office computer literacy;
- Can-do-attitude & hard-working;
- Aptitude to innovate and be open to new ideas;
- Love offshore career and have good health conditions to be able to work on
Drilling Rig/ Office.
