JOB DESCRIPTION1. Data Analytics and Reporting:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to generate actionable insights.
• Prepare regular reports on PG performance, market trends, and sales forecasts.
• Consolidate and analyze data to ensure compliance with POSM image standards.
2. Sales Policy Formulation:
• Propose and implement strategies to enhance PG performance and achieve targets.
• Develop innovative PG policies aligned with business objectives.
3. Recognition and Honors:
• Plan and execute recognition programs to motivate and reward PG personnel.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to organize events honoring top-performing individuals and teams.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging work environment to boost morale.
4. Translation and Documentation:
• Translate Retail-related documents, presentations, and communication materials from Vietnam to Mandarin/English or vice versa.
• Ensure accuracy and clarity in translated materials to facilitate effective communication.
5. Ad Hoc Tasks:
• Assist the department head in various administrative tasks and projects as required.
• Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Chinese Language/ Human Resources, or related field.
• Proven experience in retail/mobile phone industry with a focus on sales operations and performance governance.
• Excellent command of English/ Mandarin, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
