- Find and contact new clients/ partners to introduce the company's products and services.
- Make appointments to meet face-to-face with potential clients/ partners to advise on products/ services that match their needs, convince clients/ partner to buy and use company’s products/services.
- Take care of and maintain the existing clients.
- Communicate with relevant departments regarding clients’ feedback/ remark/ issue to always ensure the trust and satisfaction of clients.
- Prepare and process sales order.
- Liaise with Logistic Department to ensure on-time delivery and handle problems of delivery with Logistic.
- Liaise with Accounting Department on Invoice and Debt Conciliation.
- Liaise with relevant departments to prepare and send supporting documents to clients (product specification, delivery note, order confirmation…).
- Manage and update client database in ERP.
- Handle clients’ inquiries via hotline and direct communication by providing accurate and timely information.
- Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports.

- Minimum degree in Food technology, Food science, Marketing, Business Administration, Economic, English, or relevant fields.
- Experience in sales B2B (preferably in food industry)
- Proficiency in English (French knowledge is a plus).
- Hardworking, proactive, and have good communication skills.
- Passionate in food industry.
- Ability to work as a team and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point). Knowledge of ERP is an advantage.
