EMPLOYER BRANDING & LEARNING DEVELOPMENT: 01 Headcount
1. Employer Branding:
• Design POSM for Social Media channels: LinkedIn & Facebook, including but not limited to job posting poster, event pictures, Job Fair, Sharing Session, Recruitment Day etc
• Drafted content for social media channels with provided brief
• Answer to candidates in Facebook fanpage
• Prepare orientation materials (welcome kit, printing documents, room set up etc)
2. Learning & Development:
• Prepare Training Material (printing, translate, format & shipping)
• Prepare Training workshop (Tea-break, Food, Stationary, Coffee, Room setup)
• Design e-learning content on LMS
• Update monthly training calendar for Facilitator/Learner/Ops Leaders
• Follow up Knowledge Test for Core Trainings
• Inventory: order/check/arrange training materials
• Data entry: input data training history
• Design poster/communication for training event/workshop
• Workshop/Training Evaluation Tracking & Report
Job Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a degree, Multimedia/ Communication/ PR major is preferable.
• Be creative and good at storytelling.
• Be familiar with design/ digital platform (ex: Power Point, Canva, Figma, Video editor…)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and ability to adapt to HR related software or tools.
• Communication and interpersonal skills suitable for collaborative work.
TOTAL REWARDS INTERN: 01 Headcount
This role’s responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Assist in the administration and coordination of Total Rewards programs, including benefits, compensation, and recognition initiatives.
• Support the PRO team in data collection for various PRO-related tasks, specifically focusing on Total Rewards and Social Insurance data.
• Assist in updating and maintaining PRO documents, including employee files, contracts, and other related paperwork.
• Collaborate with the PRO team to support various administrative tasks and projects.
Job Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
• Demonstrated interest in Total Rewards and administration within HR Department.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing HR-related documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and ability to adapt to HR-related software or tools.
• Basic communication and interpersonal skills suitable for collaborative work.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
