Job Description:

• Department: R&D - Operations;
• Principle Accountabilities:
• Responsible for the execution of new product experiment in R&D and Production;
• Reporting Relationship:
• Reporting to R&D Category Manager;
• Subordinate: None;
• Job Responsibilities:
• Follow Company’s regulations, including, not limited to, Food Safety & Quality, Safety – Health – Environment;
• Conduct lab-scale experiments for NPD;
• Supervise internal taste test;
• Conduct and supervise a Lab scale for new products and product development;
• Report shelf-life testing for new products and product development;
• New packaging and label checking on technical information;
• Make statistical overview of new products and product development;
• Identify the ingredient, nutrition content for packaging printing as well as getting certificate;
• Follow the testing production until getting final product as required;
• Co-ordinate activities in lab and ensure work is executed in efficient and safe way as well as lab equipment complies quality standards;
• Analyse samples in cooperation with QC;
• And other tasks as assigned by his/her superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree graduate in Food Technology, Food Science or related major;
• At least 2 years’ experience in R&D, product development in food industry;
• Good verbal and written English capability;
• Good communication skill;
• Detailed, careful and high responsibility;
• Hard-working, willing to learn attitude;
• Computer literate (MS Office).
