JOB DESCRIPTIONWe're hiring an Employer Engagement Intern to drive Talentvis Academy's brand strategy, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with our objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Acquiring HR employers/clients, managing onboarding and post-onboarding processes, generating leads, and fostering deeper usage of Talentvis Academy for employee training needs.
- Provides information and documents of products, services, benefits, and knowledge for client accounts - Maintaining long-term relationships with accounts.
- The intern will collaborate with the regional team to execute customer experience strategies and contribute to revenue growth.
- Effective communication with internal departments and external stakeholders is crucial, as is providing information on products, services.
- Collaboration with various teams for ongoing product enhancements and innovation is also expected.
REQUIREMENTSRequirements:
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Result-oriented with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
