Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Engage with potential candidates through phone calls, emails, and messages to assess their suitability for open positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support recruitment team in administrative tasks such as drafting job descriptions and updating recruitment metrics.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications
