About the job

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Event Intern to join our team and assist in the planning and execution of our events for our F&B brands under The Lab Concepts.


Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning: Assist in concept development, book talents/vendors, manage timelines, and coordinate with clients and the Operations Team.
  • Administrative Support: Handle paperwork, contracts, invoices, registrations, and maintain records.
  • Marketing: Work with the Creative Team on promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
  • On-site Support: Manage setup, logistics, and provide event support.
  • Post-Event: Assist in wrap-up activities, collect feedback, and compile reports.
  • General: Participate in meetings, stay updated on trends, and take on special projects.
