JOB DESCRIPTION- Supporting team to input data into the system with guidance and request
- Supporting team to check quotes and draft a Vendor Evaluation Form to select the best vendor for the required products or services
- Supporting team to process payment procedures
- Support other paperwork and tasks assigned by Procurement team
REQUIREMENTS- Willing to learn procurement, supportive and good communicator
- Hardworking, enthusiastic, and dynamic
- Good at English (Conversation)
- Good at Microsoft Excel
- Working time: minimum 20 hours per week
- Duration: 3–6 months
