About this opportunity
Clinical Translator is responsible for providing in-house clinical translation to doctors on their ClinCheck review with decent dental term from Vietnamese to English. Also this role is to support Clinical and Commercial team on translating related clinical material for internal and external used. The position will work cross-functionally with the Vietnam team to deliver an excellent clinical customer experience for all Invisalign Providers within the Vietnam market.
In this role, you will…
- Support Vietnam commercial, marketing and clinical on project of IDS localization in Vietamese
- Support customers on their ClinCheck translations on a daily basis
- Support internal team in translating material/training other functions in local language.
- Support Commercial team (sales team and iTero team) to understand the used of ClinCheck program, iTero machine in local language.
- Provide all appropriate reporting to Vietnam Clinical Manager including the progress on IDS localization and translation projects on a weekly and monthly report
- Provide support to audit processes and quality management system as required.
- Execute other tasks related to clinical aspect requested by manager.
In this role, you’ll need …
- Candidates with good technical knowledge and experience in the dental are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in English, good or familiar with dental terminology in English and Vietnamese
- Effective communication and presentation skill
- Provide support to audit processes and quality management system as required
- Willing to learn
