Mức lương: Từ 1 Triệu - Dưới 4 Triệu VNĐ / Tháng; Từ 4 Triệu - Dưới 8 Triệu VNĐ / ThángWorking Location: Floor 20th, Mplaza Building 39 Le Duan, District 1, HCM City.
Working hour: Mon-Fri, 9AM-6PM
Duration: 6 months
Start date: As soon as possible
Allowance: 200,000 VND per working day. Approx. 4,200,000VND per month
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end assistance to young talent programme
(BAT Global Gradudate Programme / BAT Internship) as functional
coordinator.
- Assist recruitment steps for corporate function roles
(HR/FIN/LEX/IDT) under company process with compliance in place.
- Held responsible for intern recruitment of corporate
functions OTIF.
- Data consolidation for reward & admin-based tasks
including JML movements, payroll data collection…
- Collaborate with Talent team to support Company’s
employer branding activities, especially for young talent programme.
- Other tasks as assgined by Line Manager.
Requirements:
- Senior-year student or fresh graduate with career
aspirations in professional HR
- Can work full time for a min 4 days per week with
can-do attitude
- University majors in general business management
- Previous internship experience and/or with records of
extra-curricular activities is an advantage
