Job Description:

• Recruit potential HORECA outlets and strategic Bars, Pubs, HORECA Chains in assigned territory to activate consumer engagement activities where smokers from 18 to 29 year-old usually gather;
• Ensure the implementation of contracted outlets if any;
• Lead the deployment of consumer engagement activities with and without Brand Presenters team at these outlets;
• Implement Brand Presenter cycle programs, Activations, indoors and outdoors events in order to maximize product trial rate to achieve annual objective of Consumer Contacts and Effective Consumer Contacts while in line with legal perspective;
• Plan and control allocated budget to deliver annual business objectives;
• Coordinate with Office-based Consumer Engagement Executive, Trade Engagement Executive, Sales team and Brand team to provide the best proposal, ideas and plan;
• Keep abreast and enhance understanding of consumer trends, engagement and external activities, especially in tobacco industry;
• Ensure all the activities implemented and materials produced always in line with company's standards and guidelines.
• Working Time: In this position, you will be required to work with flexible hours between head office and fields work; between office hours and night shift (until 11 PM). Schedule is as below:
• 2 days in office (office hours);
• 3 days in field work (flexible hours).

Requirements:

• University Degree;
• Experienced in Tobacco Industry is a plus;
• 1+ years of Field Sales or Marketing work experience in FMCG Company or top local FMCG;
• Familiarity with Sales Operations, managing Promotion Girls (PG) or Brand Presenters to implement Consumer Engagement activities;
• Social-able, enjoy working in HORECA & Nightlife environment;
• Good at analytical skills,problem-solving and decision-making;
• Comfort in constantly moving from place to place & working under outdoor conditions;
• English ability in both writing and speaking is a plus.
