1. Job Description:

• Learn the process of coaching and evaluating employee performance and monitoring, assessing and influencing operational performance 
•  Use working knowledge of process, system and materials to train and evaluate production employees.
• Observe management in developing personnel schedules and determining equipment/supply needs to achieve set goals
• Identify opportunities to make changes, cut costs and improve efficiencies where appropriate
• Perform other duties as required 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong problem solving and/or troubleshooting skills
• Working Performance demonstrated in Decision Making, Brainstorming, Time management and Motivation
• Ability to plan, coordinate and execute large project
