• Scanning resumes in the marketplace and develops candidate pools within their respective market streams;
• Source, screen and conduct phone interview with requirements and ensure that the reference checking process is completed; 
• Formulate and oversee the entire end-to-end recruiting process specializing in email communication process;
• Develop recruitment dashboards, provide real-time data and insights which led to process optimizations;
• Work with the hiring managers to finalize the candidate portrait and develop a strong selection process;
• Develop offers in line with approved guidelines, negotiate offers, and finalize start date with the candidate;

REQUIREMENTS

• Last year students (major in English, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Foreign Trade or Accounting) or fresh graduate who can commit to a full-time 3-month internship.
• Good English and Vietnamese communication skills.
• Reliable, patient, pro-active and willing to learn.
  
• Ability to work well independently and in a team.
