JOB DESCRIPTION- Document, streamline workflow, processes and ensure consistency, transparency across teams.
- Be responsible for collecting requirements, developing and implementing workplace initiatives such as AI-enabled knowledge hub.
- Implement smart productivity solutions with least friction in communication, task management, workflows via best practices in tools and techniques.
- Ensure reporting readiness and smart collaboration by tuning reports, working files, way of working for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate optimization projects with multiple functional and cross-functional teams, including but not limited to: Commercial, Service, Merchandise, Media, Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Data & BI, etc.
REQUIREMENTS- Minimum overall GPA 3.0/4.0
- Efficiency mindset and optimization in mind is a MUST, strong critical thinking skills
- Familiar with project management tools and techniques: Kanban board, scheduling techniques, stakeholder management, etc.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - self-driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude & proactive
- Proficient in modern workplace tools: ChatGPT (Custom GPT), Microsoft 365
- Proficient in English & Vietnamese
- Knowledge of Power Platform is a plus
- Knowledge of any programming language is a plus
- "Promoter" style is an advantage - friendly, encouraging, team builder, motivator, communicator
- Has work experience or career interest in e-commerce, business strategy or technology industries.
