I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Purchasing Operations:

• Assist in order placement, tracking order progress.
• Update order status and documentation on internal systems
• Support container load calculation.
• Support tracking stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.

2. Payment & Vendor Management Support:

• Assist in verifying and processing payment documents for suppliers.
• Track remaining and outstanding balances Sell-in Invoice.
• Support vendor performance evaluation and data collection.

3. Data Management & Reporting:

• Update and manage purchase order and supplier data in the system.
• Assist in data analysis to monitor purchasing trends.
• Assist in special projects, such as cost analysis or vendor performance reporting.

II. REQUIREMENTS

• University student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets (Power BI is a plus).
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Careful, accountable. We are looking for an explorer and responsibility taker
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Good command of English 
• Able to commit for at least 3 to 6 months, available immediately is preferred.
