THE JOB
1/ Support in investigation assigned tasks:
• Responsible for investigation results, reports for distribution management assigned by Distribution Compliance;
• Assist distribution management to develop internal control;
• Provide training for sales force.
2/ Responsible for accurate, appropriate corporate compliance reports assigned by Corporate Compliance Manager.
3/ Support in regulatory compliance:
• Compliance risk assessment: follow other departments to ensure their procedures comply to laws if any or support them to build new procedures;
• Perform monitoring to ensure departments follow regulatory requirements.
THE PERSON
- 3-5 years of experience in legal department of a MNC or a law firm
- Experience in financial services is an advantage. No insurance experience required
- Good English (writing and speaking)
- Good knowledge of Vietnam legal system
- Good communication skill
- Good analytical and business writing skills
- Computer proficiency
- Active, team-work
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
