Tricor Vietnam is looking for Senior Payroll Consultant, details is as below:

1. Job description:

• Provide payroll services to our multinational and local clients;
• Calculate of monthly personal income tax (“PIT”), social/health/unemployment insurance contribution (“SIHIUI”) and net remuneration;
• Prepare of monthly payroll reports; Preparation of annual final PIT returns;
• Perform procedures in relation to SIHIUI compliance such as preparation and submission of the monthly reports to the SI Agency, renewal of HI card and processing claims of SI benefits;
• Perform procedures in relation to Labour registration and deregistration, claiming dependent relief.

2. Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in related field;
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (writing and speaking);
• Preferably some working experience with the relevant authorities (PIT, SI Agency, Labour Department).

3. Compensation and Benefit:

• 13 months salary, monthly allowances, annual bonus
• 16 annual leave days
• Company trips (practically 1 local and 1 overseas)
