01. Account Executive

Duties:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Work with Strategic Planners to devise a campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget
  • Communicate with clients and gathering information about a project's scope, budgets and timelines
  • Present campaign ideas and costings to clients
  • Work with the Creative team who will produce the adverts
  • Manage the account’s budget and invoice the client
  • Oversee and/or create key planning outputs in support of promotional activity and phase-in/phase-outs for assigned brands
  • Negotiate with clients, solve any problems and make sure deadlines are met
  • Check and report on the campaign’s progress

ADMIN

  • Demonstrates solid understanding of media service; stays informed of current trends and potential disruptors and risk
  • CUSTOMER RELATIONS 
  • Acts as liaison, key point of contact between the client (and its partners) and assigned brands
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Brand stakeholders and maintain collaborative business relationships with cross-functional departments.
  • Keep in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign
  • Conduct relationship management activities with suppliers and brands to ensuring effective communication and development of business relationships that promote superior project execution

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales / account experience, sales experience at agencies or publishers in the same positions (prefer ideally having relationship with brands and agencies)
  • Strong understanding of the Digital marketing industry
  • Ability to run job and handle trouble
  • Good ability to communicate, present to client
  • Fluent in English as it relates to the advertising field


02. Strategic Planner

Duties:

COMMUNICATION PLANNING AND STRATEGY

  • Determine the branding and communication tasks for each campaign and write task briefs including guiding messaging and execution tailored for each channel.
  • In strategy approach, identify big picture vision for clients to meet their business objectives.
  • Read and analyze campaign metrics and leverage insights from data to improve comms effectiveness.
  • Responsible for demonstrating an understanding of consumer behaviors, and a working knowledge of media relevant to the client’s business including TV, digital, social, experiential, print, OOH, and search.
  • Showcase an understanding of digital, social and emerging platforms and technologies.
  • Work closely with Creative and Media leads to ensure our creative ideas make most effective use of an integrated mix of owned, earned and paid channels, and are deployed via innovative, targeted media and technology.
  • Work with accounts to identify opportunities to offer more services for current clients.

DIRECTLY WORK AND CONSULT FOR CLIENTS

  • Participate in important meetings with clients (brief and presentation days).
  • Clarify client brief by understanding client’s needs, identifying business objectives, challenges and opportunities to tap in through good and smart questions in the briefing day. Also need to manage client’s expectation and deliverables.
  • On presentation day, support team members to get approval from the client for strategy approach and creative ideas.

LEADERSHIP AND TEAM DEVELOPMENT

  • Train and guide team members to grow and nurture team environment/culture.
  • Responsible for constructing and delivering high-quality, accurate, on-time performance management.
  • Manage team resources and workload to work effectively to deliver multi projects at the same time.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years hands-on experience in strategic planning.
  • Very strong analytical and logical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership skills and management experience.
  • Balance ability to perform analytically and creatively.
  • Intuitive and analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to multi-tasks: working on multiple projects and change direction quickly.
  • Ability to organize people, projects and information.
  • Deep understanding about communication/branding, digital marketing & social media platforms.
  • Excellent in English, both verbal and written communication.
  • Flexible in working independently and as a team, determined.
  • Ability to work under-pressure environment.


03. Content Lead

Duties:

CONTENT STRATEGY AND PLANNING

  • Understand insights from the target audience research and combine with our brand positioning to propose strategic content direction
  • Develop effective content strategy, content plan, content timeline with detailed pillars and angles to deliver objectives of the brief
  • Design detailed implementation plan with specific directions for both angles and formats and respective channels

CONTENT WRITING AND TEAMWORK

  • Work closely with Strategic Planner and Account team to transform the campaign ideas into communication framework, content strategy, content planning and content execution plan
  • Work directly with Designer to create materials for campaigns including content for print, digital, social, activation, TVC, website etc…following the creative idea and strategy.
  • Support to edit the content produced by other teams if necessary
Requirements
  • At least 3 years experience in Content Marketing or similar positions
  • Having a deep knowledge of Content Marketing and having a passion to grow further in this career path
  • Understanding of marketing channels in terms of target audiences, pros and cons, and best practices to produce winning content for each channel
  • Excellent writing skills for a diversity of forms such as social posts, video scripts, articles
  • Great teamwork and communication skill
  • Experiences in marketing agency or having knowledge of marketing agency business
  • Experiences in academic writing
  • Good project management & time management skills
