Vietcetera is looking for an energetic Event Intern who will assist the Event team with planning, organizing, and executing a variety of event formats.

• Assist in the execution of events from planning to on-site event support to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently.
• Administrative tasks as required.

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Native Vietnamese and fluent English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Must be able to multitask, meet deadlines, and shift priorities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs; experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus, but not required.
