Responsibilities

• Report to Consultants and Managers during internal and external projects

• Collect, process and analyze data to identify and quantify inefficiencies, patterns, sources of improvement

• Analyze problem root causes in a systematic manner

• Conduct market research, investigate, observe, interview

• Proactively identify and report project risks

• Facilitate communication within the team

• Keep project and internal documentation ordered, structured and clean

• Contribute to the development of new analytical tools, processes, trainings

• Comply with CEL standards

• Represent CEL values and brand

• Maintain high level of confidentiality

  
  

Requirements

• Masters level degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business and Economics, Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Applied science

• Proficiency in English is imperative

• Good at data processing skills using analytical tools (e.g. R or Python) is a strong plus

• Knowledge in data modelling, simulation or optimization is a strong plus

• Strong systemic thinking and analytical mindset

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - communicate clearly and efficiently

• Curious, open minded, ready to engage and debate in order to learn and develop continuously

• Capability to work both autonomously and within a team
