PURPOSE OF ASSISTANTS IN OUR ORGANIZATION

To be an effective team member in the design, set up and management of research projects

RESPONSIBILITY OF RESEARCH ASSISTANTS

Support Senior Research Executive in coordinating market research projects

Work the data; check simple data accurately and make logical recommendations

Draft basic proposals, reports and presentations under supervision

RELATIONSHIPS AS RESEARCH  ASSISTANTS

Promote teamwork

Refer to manager for research advice

Effective interface and collaboration with Operations team

Behave in a manner that displays professionalism and integrity

LEARNING ELEMENT

To learn and master the research basics and undertake project management tasks with supervision

Learn how to conduct market research projects, how to manage the different internal actors contributing to the value chain of market research (fieldwork, data process...)

BACKGROUND

Skills/Knowledge:

Good communication skills, written and oral

Good time management skills

Proactive / Self-motivated

Able to work effectively in a team and independently

Computer skills

Desirable:

Previous market research exposure an advantage

Knowledge of basic statistics an advantage

Qualifications: Degree in Business, Marketing, Social Science, Statistics, Economics or related studies
