JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Admin Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the company’s social account on media platforms and the company's website.
  • Search, write and publish articles on company’s social media accounts as well as company’s website every week, including the company's successful immigration cases, holiday notice and immigration-related news.
  • Edit images and create visual content for social media and website updates.
  • Maintain and update successful immigration cases file reports.
  • Support setting up the meeting room for the sales team.
  • Assist other teams with various tasks as required.

HR Responsibilities:

  • Draft and manage labor contracts, social insurance and contract appendices
  • Prepare HR reports, including attendance tracking, leave management, overtime (OT)...
  • Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, screenings, and arrange interviews.
  • Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new employees.
  • Monitor office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and replenishing when necessary.
  • Remind and organize company events, birthday celebrations, and internal announcements.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies /Administration/Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Having experience in similar position is a plus
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). 
  • Able to use Canva, Photoshop, and other editing tools
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Strong organization and communication skills. 
  • Strong reading, writing, comprehension, and editing skills. 
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. 
  • Hard working, good team player, supportive, proactive and reliable.
