In order to meet the demand for the development of the company, we are recruiting personnel for the Paralegal Intern position.

JOB DESCRIPTION

-          Research laws and regulations related to FDI for case studies and client projects

-          Prepare and submit required paperwork to secure the accreditation and licensure of a foreign capitalized company in Vietnam

-          Liaise with authorities to carry out legal formalities and act on client’s behalf

-          Liaise with clients regarding the project progress

-          Other assignments directed by the line supervisor and/ or the CEO

JOB REQUIREMENTS

-          Graduates from University of Law

-          Good research and analytical skills

-          Good command of English (4 skills)

-          Basic knowledge in Word, Excel and other Microsoft applications

-          Pro-activeness and foreign mindset
