In the development of the business, we are looking for a self-motivated and multitasking Accounting/Admin Executive to join our team in HCMC.

MISSIONS

Accounting tasks (50%)

  • Handle accounting tasks (invoices, payment, claims, VAT, follow all money transactions, etc.
  • Handle operations on the accounting software
  • Prepare payroll and follow up payroll with the accounting cabinet
  • Process payments to suppliers, and salaries.
  • Reconcile bank and petty cash.
  • Reconcile payable, receivable, loan balance, and loan interest.
  • Control cash flow and operation expenses.
  • Manage revenue, receivables, and liquidation of each project.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting cabinet to finalize the general ledger and auditing
  • Support and work closely with the Office Manager on Vietnamese accounting procedures/documents, etc.
  • Financial analysis of costs per business unit, optimization of VAT, PIT, and general costs

Admin tasks (50%)

  • Monitor office supplies and handle office purchasing
  • Handle and support customers with paperwork (visa, work permit, contract, translation, etc.)
  • Act as a contact point between customers and the company
  • Make travel arrangements and bookings
  • We will provide training for the new employee on Admin task

Other duties assigned by the manager.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields

Experience: 2-3 years of working experience in the similar position

LanguagesFluent in English and Vietnamese, French is a plus

Skills:

  • Proficiency in using accounting softwares: MISA and/or FAST is a MUST
  • Good knowledge of accounting: tax management, balance sheet, Vietnamese accounting regulation, etc.
  • Detail-oriented and customer-oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Time management and interpersonal skills
  • Honest, autonomous, multitasking, and well-organized.
