An Operation Executive is responsible for the coordination with all relevant departments within the company to complete the work. The purpose of this position is to optimize daily activities and performance of the department across the board:

Responsibilities:

• Assist Operation Manager in organizing and coordinating functions relating to business operation;
• Contract portfolio management;
• Monitor the periodic data reconciliation with partners to ensure that the content and time of the reconciliation are in accordance with the cooperation process;
• Data quality monitoring and errors control;
• Work closely with the insurance company in the process of collecting claim documents and interviewing customers;
• Coordinates with other departments to achieve optimal work production across the board;
• Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor degree is required
• At least 2-year experience of insurance operation, working in claims processing department is an advantage
• Ability to make data reports
• Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organization and time management skills are also highly valued
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
