• Support other tasks in the recruitment process
• Participate in organizing and coordinating internal events.
• Write & edit content on internal communication channels
• Conceptualize, build and organize internal events and collective activities to create cohesion in the team
• Perform other tasks of HR as assigned by Manager

• Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th-year student in Human Resources Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field
• Available to work at least 4 days a week
• Knowledge of HR and Marketing principles is preferred
• Familiarity with Canva and other photo editing software is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web-based systems, including applicant tracking systems
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English
• Quick learner with a willingness to explore new ideas and execute tasks effectively
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
