Job Description:
*Business Development:
- Play an important role in building customer database for the company through searching and finding client information for freeC's service (headhunt service).
- Update necessary meeting (daily/weekly/monthly) to support and do other tasks in Sales process.
*Recruitment Consultant:
- Perform the full cycle of the recruitment process including sourcing and contact candidates, conducting interviews.
- Formating CVs of candidates before sending to freeC's clients.
- Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview.
- Other related tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Commit to working for 6 months, able to work at least 3-4 full days per week.
- Detail-oriented, strong research skills, logical thinking, and good data organization.
- Eager to learn, highly self-motivated in work.
- Good time management skills.
- Energetic, confident in communication (proficiency in English is a plus).
- Proficient in software; Excel skills are an advantage.
