Product Owner is an important role to connect users with the Engineer team. You will be in charge of everything about the product since it’s an idea till it launches to production. Follow it, enhance it, make users happy, do metrics calculation to prove your product is healthy.

You will:

• Analyze the operation process to provide solutions by system.

• Translate product features into detailed requirements and prototypes, then prioritize based on business impact.

• Work closely with third-party teams/in-house teams within GHN to deliver with quick time-to-market.

• Manage multiple products, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood and releases are delivered on time.

• Experience producing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interaction diagrams.

• Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues.

• Monitoring product & tracking new features, analyzing what features need to be improved.

Your Skills and Experience:

• At least 2 or 3+ years of experience as Product Owner/Business Analyst.

• Experience producing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interaction diagrams

• Self-starter who is energetic & enthusiastic, confident, adaptable & customer - oriented.

• Communicate with impact: able to explain complex problems in one or two sentences.

• An attention to details and a never-satisfying attitude: able to pick out small discrepancies in layout design and propose solutions.

• Simple approach: always find simplest solutions.

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a cross-functional team.

• Fortitude to remain calm and react appropriately in high-pressure situations.

• Experience in U/UX or Logistic is a big plus.
