Graduated Engineering Trainees Program 2021

POSITION SUMMARY: GRADUATED ENGINEERING TRAINEES 2021.

With the fast expansion in our business, we are continuously strengthening our talent pipeline, towards our endeavor to equip the businesses with top tier talents, ofi Vietnam is now seeking outstanding engineers to join our company as the Graduated Engineering Trainees of 2021.

The program is designed for Engineering graduates who have graduated in 2019, 2020, 2021 and are keen to develop their careers in Production, Food Quality Control, Automation, Electrical Engineers.

The selected candidates will undergo intense training and projects to learn about the functions, especially our production process. The candidate will get oriented on products and attend training programs, projects including Coffee, Spices, Edible Nuts business.

After 1 year training, candidates can be referred to manager levels in new factory.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

· BA in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Industrial Management, Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Environment Automation, Specialized in Manufacturing or similar relevant field from top universities.

· Good at English both oral and written

· Willing to be based in any of the operating locations of Olam Vietnam: Dong Nai, Long An, Phu Yen, Quy Nhon…

· Honest, dedicated, hard-working, can-do attitude.

· Drive for results and demonstrated ability to move projects forward with a cross functional team.

Recruitment process:

1^st round: HR department

2^nd round: 1 panel interview.

A general test round is required for all candidates.
