Job Family Description -Marketing & Communication Management / Generalist:
Leads and contributes to all marketing and communication activities. Guides and supports decision-making on brand image and messages to our customers, employees and other external bodies.
Job Description
1. PR & COMMUNICATIONS
- Support the Store Manager and Marketing & Communications Director with local Communications Management in the Vietnam market, in accordance to regional and global strategies for PR, Advertising, Events and Consumer Management
- Provide reporting and co-ordination support to the planning and execution of Communications related strategies and activities
- Process invoices and update expenditure reports
- Prepare and submit key reports to Regional/Corporate teams as and when required
- Assist in arrangements for local celebrity and social media influencers
- Preparation and dissemination of press materials and the coordination of delivery of materials to and for Vietnam
- Liaise with Press for feature stories and coverage
- Respond to Press queries on product information (Eg. prices and material etc)
- Consolidation of monthly PR summary highlights, competitor editorial highlights
- Send weekly key clipping reports to Regional / Corporate teams and upload clippings to HQ portal
- Coordinate press loan schedule and deliveries locally and regionally
- Organize monthly magazines
- All other administration and coordination support
2. ADVERTISING
- Support the regional team in the planning of media plans and creative rotations
- Work with media agency to keep media plan (online Media Management System) updated
- Submit production requests to HQ for advertising materials
3. EVENTS
- Preparation of proposals and event run down
- Work closely with the various Departments in the execution of events and activities (Eg. Merchandising, VM, Retail etc)
- Preparation and submission of post-event reports
Job Requirement
- Diploma / Degree holder in a related discipline
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar capacity and industry
- Dynamic, motivational and well-connected in the luxury retail space
- Possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong connections with local Press, media and celebrities
- Results / objective driven and possess the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
